Adjusted opening hours

During the summer, the AUC academic building has adjusted opening hours:

27 June - 21 August

• Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:30
• Saturday - Sunday: closed

22 August – 30 August

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 22:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 19:00
• Saturday - Sunday: closed

From 31 August onwards, regular opening hours will apply.

No telephone or in-person Student Service Desk office hours

When the building is open, students are welcome to use the study spaces and attend events. However, there will be no Student Service Desk Telephone or in-person Student Service Desk office hours from 27 June until 21 August. 

If you need to meet with an AUC staff member during the summer break, please be sure to schedule your appointment in advance. Submit any question or request you may have via the Digital AUC Student Service Desk.

Light building maintenance and possible disturbance

Over the summer, painters will continue sanding and painting all interior doors. This may cause short periods of slight noise disturbance, but sanding will not last longer than about an hour at a time. The work is expected to continue until the end of July at the latest.
