Make an appointment
To schedule a meeting with AUC’s International Office, please use the reservation system.
The International Office is not available for individual appointments during April 2026. If you wish to contact the IO during this time, please use one of the alternative above.
When booking an appointment, please keep in mind:
- In the reservation system, you will be asked to make a choice for a 15-minute time slot.
- Our meeting can take place either online or in person. You can indicate your preference in the booking form. If you book an in-person meeting, the room number will be confirmed via email.
- You will automatically receive a Teams link for your meeting in the calendar invite.
- Optional: When making a reservation, you may add any questions or comments that are relevant to the meeting in the notes section.
- If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation two hours prior to your reservation.
