The SLOs are here for your mental health and well-being
Topics that the Student Life Officers can help with include stress management, mental health (such as anxiety or depression), lack of motivation, study skills, family or relationship problems, residential life issues (including problems with a roommate), financial questions and more. They are available for both one-time consultations as well as more ongoing support through regular meetings. Aside from individual support, the Student Life Officers also offer support in group settings. Please find more information and the timetable of the groups below.
On top of offering individual and group meetings, Aino, Roosand Lisa’s role is to strengthen the AUC's residential community and advise AUC on policies and support systems for student well-being. They are responsible for developing and coordinating the work of the Resident Assistants (RAs) and Peer Supporters.

Walk-in open office hours take place from the first week of the semester until the last day of classes.
