All students are invited to join this workshop, tailor-made for AUC. It focuses on giving students the tools to build a safe and accepting campus environment. Working with the organisation IVY, the Student Life Officers, and your fellow students, this workshop will give you the tools to become an active representative of your community.

Share experiences and ideas

It will also focus on specific examples of situations of (sexual) misconduct, transgressive behavior, and exclusion. All students will have an opportunity to share their experiences and ideas, as well as hear from fellow students.

Practice conversation techniques to have difficult conversations

The workshop will allow you to practice conversation techniques which will help you to have safe conversations with victims or speak out against transgressive behavior. This workshop aims to offer you support and empower you to have difficult conversations. It will also discuss policies and protocols and how you could potentially implement them on campus.
