Monthly meeting for your well-being
Taking place once a month, the well-being support group is meant for any AUC student wanting to work on improving their mental health. Together we will aim to practice mindfulness and self-compassion and find ways to improve your mood and well-being. Each session will have a different theme all pertaining to your mental health. The group is led by Student Life Officer Aino Kekkonen. To get the most benefit out of the group, you are encouraged to join all meetings. However, you are also welcome to join just once or however often you want.

The Student Life Officers offer support for any AUC student on all topics related to student well-being. Together with the Resident Assistants and Peer Support, the SLO team helps to maintain a safe, secure and pleasant living environment for the entire AUC community. In addition to welfare and safety, the support services helps bring the community together through smaller workshops and events.
