You can find the full schedule for the fourth day of Introduction Week below, including event descriptions and locations.

Individual tutor meetings 

On Thursday or Friday, you will have a brief one-on-one meeting (around 20 minutes) with your academic tutor. During this meeting, you can discuss any questions or concerns about your upcoming courses and learn more about what to expect from your tutor.

Your tutor will confirm the time and location earlier in the week. Please note that these meetings are mandatory and take priority over other workshops and other committee activities.

  • 11:30-13:00 AUCSA Committee Activities - Block 1

    AUC and AUCSA are teaming up to bring you a range of activities that showcase student committees and life beyond the classroom. Expect engaging workshops, fun sports activities, and plenty of opportunities to connect socially. These will all take place in and around the AUC Academic Building.

  • 13:00-14:00 Lunch Time Office Hour

    During Introduction Week, it’s normal to have some practical questions regarding your study programme and new home. For this reason, there will be various open office hours during the week. On Thursday, the following representatives will be present:  

    • AUC Registrar
    • AUC Student Association 
    • AUC Student Council
    • AUC Admissions 
    • International Office
    • Student Life Officers

  • 14:00-15:30 AUCSA Committee Activities - Block 2

  • 17:30-00:00 Courtyard dinner & Committee night

    Get to know the people living in your hall by teaming up to shop for groceries and cook a meal together. In the evening, you'll gather for a picnic-style dinner in the courtyards. A delicious dessert from Peer Support will be provided!
