Understand the rules of where you live

Living in the student residences means signing a tenancy agreement with DUWO. Be sure to read through this agreement to understand the details of your contract and other house rules.

Your housing contract (also called tenancy agreement) comes with tenancy regulations specifically for university (assigned) housing, the document includes the general terms and conditions from DUWO that apply to the tenancy agreement. You can find the tenancy regulations on the DUWO website here:
