Alcohol and drugs are a visible part of student life from social events and associations to festivals and exam stress. But how common is substance use among students really? What happens when you drink or use drugs while feeling stressed or low? And how can you deal with social pressure, either for yourself or when you’re worried about a friend?
In this interactive workshop, prevention expert Ayla Haanappel from Jellinek guides students through the facts, risks, and realities of alcohol and other drug use. Using real data, practical examples, and open discussion, the session creates space for honest conversations.
