During this transition period, lasting from midnight on 7 April until noon on 9 April, we kindly ask all students and staff to hold off on submitting questions or requests until the new system is operational.
For urgent matters, you can visit the in-person office hours at the AUC Academic Building, which will proceed as usual. On Tuesday, 8 April, office hours will be from 12:45 to 13:45.
The upgraded system will be a more user-friendly platform, shared across the entire University of Amsterdam and AUC. The new interface allows you to track all your requests and queries in one centralised location, improving efficiency and accessibility.
Any pending requests submitted via the old system, TopDesk, will continue to be processed by us. While the front end of TopDesk will close on 7 April, AUC staff will still have access to the back end for one additional month to ensure all outstanding queries are resolved. Once your case is handled, you will receive a final response via email.
Please note that it will not be possible to reply within the old system after 7 April. If you have follow-up questions, submit them through the new AUC Digital Service Desk. For clarity, we recommend copying and pasting relevant previous discussions into your new request.
