Wrap-up week and winter break: adjusted opening hours

Adjusted opening hours and office hours apply between 16 December and 6 January due to wrap-up week and the winter break.

Wrap-up week (16 - 20 December) 

AB open from 08.00-18.00

The wrap-up week will take place from 16 December to 20 December. The Academic Building will be open on these days with adjusted hours (08.00-18.00).

Winter break (21 December - 5 January) 

AB closed

The AUC academic building will be closed from 21 December 2024 through Sunday 5 January 2025. The AUC building will reopen and classes will resume on Monday 6 January 2025. Please note: AUC staff members will be available (working remotely) on 23 and 24 December, and on 2 and 3 January.

No office hours (17 December - 6 January)

Please note there will be no office hours from Tuesday 17 December to Monday 6 January. The AUC Telephone Service Desk will also be closed during this time. We advice you to contact us via the AUC Digital Service Desk in case of urgent questions.
